I'm home.

I can't put all my Minnesota experiences in one news item -- it would take the entire page, take hundreds of years, and cost millions of lives.

I decided to write a longer post and put it into story format, so you'll find the story of my Mayo Odyssey by clicking the headline or on the left side of the page.

I promise -- promise -- that from now on, when I find something interesting to write about, I'll write about it. I'm not terribly fascinating, as some people are (or think they are), and I'm still getting used to the idea of putting my life out in public. My mind is clearing even as I type this, due to some medication changes made by the Mayo Clinic doctors, and I feel better than I have in quite a while. I don't care as much about the pain if I can think straight. You regular people take coherent thought for granted, and you shouldn't.

I should have another tale to tell in a few days regarding the whole pain scene. I'll find something else in the meantime, to get my hands back in 90 wpm shape. I found this site listed under a 'GOP Bloggers' blogroll tonight.... so after I stop laughing my ass off, I have to find something to blow that all to hell. Quickly. (As if having a 'left leaning' blogroll section and linking to abortionclinicdays and Kos didn't give them a clue where I stand. Must be the suffering thing -- can't find meaning in suffering unless you're Republican, you know.)

And no, I'm not going to tell you where the GOP link is. I don't want to link to it and give the thing more traffic. The author is a name-caller anyway -- calls the Center for Reproductive Rights in Tulsa 'pedophiles,' that kind of thing. I think a few well-placed liberal items will get me right where I want to be -- away from the dittoheads -- or maybe some blind folks will click on that link and come over here into the light, where we can show them the truth.
