Would someone explain to me why Senator Kennedy's name is anywhere near a 'watch list' of suspected terrorists given to the airlines?

I don't think it's just a terrorist list. I think it's also a cheap way to get back at your political enemies while escaping blame.

And I'll bet I just put myself on it.
